I do recycle the shipping bags to save on cost. All packing is shipped with a tracking number and I only use USPS. Please be advised that I pack items as best as I can but understand that I do not have control over how the postal service handles their mail.
Items may have stickers on them or have scratches. I buy cosmetics in bulk, sometimes up to 1000 pieces so of course there will be cosmetic scratches. Since I am an online seller I do not offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetics.Once it is mailed and I send you the confirmation number it is out of my hands.
